Selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon (20%) from Western Australia’s premier Margaret River region were fermented separately without oak maturation and blended to deliver a wine with a little more mid-palate weight than our 100% Sauvignon Blanc – and with a distinctive citrus edge to the fruit spectrum

Spicy peach and citrus scents are followed by traces of musk and flinty mineral notes

Chambers Rosewood Rare Muscadelle NV -STOCKTAKE- alicante-bouchet On the palate the fruitThe "Rare" designation is used for material dating back over 100 years. As this is not a scientific process it is not possible to put a definitive age on the wine but one taste will tell you it is not from this century. While these wines are seen as after dinner drinks, try serving them as anaperitif. And a bottle, once opened, will keep for some months withoutdeteriorating, providing it is recorked after each serving.
