Constructed of bronzed neusilber, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central monogram of King Friedrich August III, circumscribed by an inscription of TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHNE (FAITHFUL SERVICE TO THE FLAG), the reverse with a number 12 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 29. 94 mm in
