Levrier Sorter Pinot Gris 2023 domaine-guillemot-michel yet drinking beautifully now uponSourced from a single vineyard in the cooler area of Eden Valley, Barossa. Grown on an ancient podzolic soil with low fertility. The wine has a pale straw colour with aromas of freshly cut nashi pear and apple. Made in the French Alsace style it is a blend of 20% malolactic fermented wine and 20% new French oak barrels. This results in plush and juicy flavours with an elegant, soft, dry finish.
