Germany, Third Reich. A Vienna Mining Administration Stamp Republic of 1878 by Count Nicholas Pavlovich(Oberbergamt Wien Stempel). Constructed of a toned magnetic iron shaft, the base affixed with a brass stamp featuring a central German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of OBERBERGAMT WIEN (MINING ADMINISTRATION VIENNA), otherwise unmarked, measuring 105 mm in total length, demonstrating loss of finish and minor surface oxidation throughout the handle, in near extremely fine condition.
