It states that one Milly Hanse donated half a kilo of second hand cloths in the 4th year of the war. It carries a facsimile of the Reichsbeauftragter der NSDAP fr Altmaterialerfassung (Reich Agent of the NSDAP for Salvage Gathering), Hans Heck.
