Vintage Parliament "Chocolate City" Casablanca Records Promotional T-Shirt Record from the late 80s inChocolate City is the third record by iconic funk band Parliament, which featured George Clinton on vocals and Bootsy Collins on bass. The album was released in 1975 on Casablanca Records. The record went to #18 on the Billboard Soul Charts. This original two sided Parliament shirt from 1975, deadstock with a few light marks from prolonged storage on the sleeve, features the album's Washington, DC based artwork backed with a great back print. 100%
