Germany, Third Reich. An Olympic Games Commemorative Medal certificate_of_authenticity British War Medal (15021 PTE(Deutsche Olympia Erinnerungsmedaille 1936). Constructed of magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central raised Olympic column, topped by rings, flanked by a date of 1936, and overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of FR VERDIENSTVOLLE MITARBEIT BEI DEN OLYMPISCHEN SPIELEN 1936 (FOR MERITORIOUS
