Red Edge Shiraz 2019 pecorino This excellent 2015 vintage wineThe fruit for this Shiraz comes mostly from our 23 year old unirrigated Jackson's Lane vineyard, South Heathcote, where the fruit is always powerful in style. The balance comes from the left over portion of the old original 1971 block vines. The wine is made with 25% whole bunch fermentation and is matured for 2 years in 20% new French oak prior to bottling, in January 2020 The wine has concentrated fruit intensity with a soft but firm tannin finish.
