Nativity Quilt Pattern Elf I absolutely couldn't get this

I absolutely couldn't get this pattern out of my head and decided to make a different size block and make it mixed up and scrappy for a perfect ode to fall and to my favorite vintage Halloween palette

and the pincushion measures about 2 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" across

A wonderful wall quilt or start to medallion style quilt

The pattern has both pieced and appliqued blocks
