Constructed of red rayon, bearing double sided white rayon discs overlaid by multi piece black mobile swastikas, reinforced along two edges with white machine embroidery, with the hoist edge featuring an additional white cotton rayon blended reinforcement featuring a hollow channel which accommodates an original drawstring complete with functional magnetic metal spring clip, unmarked, measuring 31 cm (w) x 18 cm (h), demonstrating
