Optimal conditions continued through the end of August resulting in grapes that were concentrated and well balanced

juicy and full of bright fruit flavours and time to dry out in between so disease pressure was low

Christophe Patrice Chardonnay (Vin de France) 2025 Size::6 Bottle Case Aged for 9 months in100 % Chardonnay purchased from growers in the region. The fruit is whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks for a cool fermentation with indigenous yeast. Once fermentation is complete the wine is racked off lees and matured in tank for 4 months, without malolactic conversion.
