This pale blue short dress features a fitted, pale blue satin bodice that fastens in the back with a double row of hooks and eyes, a trail of colorful flowers sewn across the chest, and sparkling net attached to one shoulder, going all the way down to the chiffon skirt. The two layers short skirt is made of hand dyed pale blue chiffon which fades into white. Custom made.
